On behalf of the organizing committee, we are pleased to announce that the International Conference of Mechanical Engineering and Applications (ICMEA 2026) will take place from October 21 to 23, 2026, in Kocaeli, Turkey. This year's conference will be held in a hybrid format, allowing both in-person and virtual participation, ensuring broad accessibility for attendees worldwide.

ICMEA serves as a premier academic platform for researchers to present their latest findings, explore emerging technologies, and discuss advancements in Mechanical Engineering and Applications. The conference aims to foster collaboration among leading academic scientists, researchers, and scholars by providing an opportunity to exchange ideas, share research results, and engage in meaningful discussions on cutting-edge topics in the field.

The scientific program will highlight current advances in research, production, and applications of Mechanical Engineering and Applications, emphasizing their role in advancing academic and applied sciences. ICMEA will provide a multidisciplinary forum for professionals from academia and industry to present evidence-based research, explore innovative developments, and discuss practical applications.

All accepted abstracts and full papers will be published in the Book of Abstracts and Book of Proceedings (Proceedings of the International Conference of Mechanical Engineering and Applications). We look forward to welcoming you to Kocaeli and engaging in insightful discussions that contribute to the advancement of Mechanical Engineering and Applications.

⚠️ The final deadline for full text submission will not be extended under any circumstances.

It is not possible to make any changes to the content of the full texts you have submitted afterwards. For this reason, please make sure to send the final version of your full texts.

Participants who will submit to supporting journals must upload only the abstract text in accordance with publication ethics.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Services Included in the Participation Fee:

• Right to attend all scientific sessions within the scope of the symposium
• Publication of abstracts and full texts of papers in the congress book (PDF)
• Separate certificates of participation for all authors (PDF certificate for those presenting online)
• Opportunity for selected papers to be published in journals indexed in international databases (e.g., Scopus, TR Index, etc.), subject to journal processes and conditions
• Tea break for guests attending in person
• Symposium materials
• Coffee break refreshments

Important Notes:

• You must pay the participation fee by October 15, 2026 at the latest and send the receipt via email.
• IN THE CASE OF MULTIPLE AUTHORS ATTENDING IN PERSON FOR MULTI-AUTHOR PRESENTATIONS, AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF 30 EURO MUST BE PAID FOR EACH ADDITIONAL AUTHOR/GUEST.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

We share your data with trusted service providers solely to operate the conference:

• Ziraat Bank — for secure 3D payment processing. Card data is handled entirely by Ziraat Bank and never stored on our servers.
• Microsoft CMT3 — for paper submission and peer-review management.
• Vercel Inc. — for website hosting (United States). Vercel is GDPR-compliant.

5. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and to comply with legal obligations. Registration and payment records are kept for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with Turkish commercial law. You may request deletion of your data where not required by law.
